What this is
X Aliens Group is a holding company. It does not sell anything itself. It exists to own — the companies we start, the assets we trade, the shares we hold — and to keep one set of books across all of them. Each business is run on its own terms, by the people closest to it. The group is what sits above them: shared capital, one ledger, and one decision about where the next dirham goes.
What sits under it
Trading
Real goods bought to be sold: vehicles, livestock, equipment. Short horizons, physical assets, no leverage.
Listed equities
Positions on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, held for years rather than quarters.
Why it exists
Morocco is not short of people who can run a business. What is scarce is the structure behind them — capital that stays put, books kept carefully enough to be audited, and partners who carry the risk together instead of one person carrying it alone. That structure is the whole point of this group. What we build under it is meant to outlast whoever started it.
